    High performance above N40: This performance is generally used in mobile phones, precision instruments, astronautics, and cutting-edge scientific research. It can be divided into nine types: N40, N42, N45, N48, N50, and N52. The above nine properties are resistant to temperature ≤80 ℃, once it exceeds this temperature, it will demagnetize, so if customers consider high temperature resistance and high performance, then the following properties are recommended:

    1. The data ends with M, for example: N50M temperature resistance is generally ≤100 ℃

    2. The data ends with H, for example: N48H temperature resistance is generally ≤120 ℃

    3. The data ends with SH, for example: N45SH temperature resistance is generally ≤150 ℃

    4. The data ends with UH. For example, the temperature resistance of N35UH is generally ≤180 ℃.

    5. The data ends with EH. For example, the temperature resistance of N35EH is generally ≤200 ℃.

    The above five properties are all high temperature resistant types. If the temperature is exceeded, the magnet will be demagnetized.

    Second, coating

    Many customers don't understand what the coating means. NdFeB magnets generally require plating, which can prevent rust and is beautiful and elegant. There are two types of plating: galvanized and nickel plated. Galvanized is generally white, the surface looks like stainless steel, the price is the cheapest; nickel-plated is generally silver-white, looks like silver, the price is more expensive than galvanized, but the color of nickel is The color is better than zinc, and the coating is longer than zinc, so it is not easy to fall off. There is another situation of the coating. Generally, European and American customers are very fussy about environmental protection, so they require the magnet to be environmentally friendly.     3. Tolerance requirements

    Strong magnetic tolerances are calculated and processed by standard manufacturers for standard tolerances. The standard tolerance is ± 0.05 wire (1 mm = 100 wire). If the customer does not require tolerances, it will be processed according to this standard.

    Fourth, the magnetic direction

    General wafer points: axial and radial magnetization

    Axial magnetization: It is ordinary magnetization, generally divided into N and S poles. The magnetic force is on the front and back of the disc. If it is cylindrical, it is at both ends.

    Radial magnetization: Generally, there are more cylinders. After magnetization, the magnetic force will be on the entire cylinder instead of the two ends, which is just the opposite of axial magnetization.
